We’re no strangers to admiring the exquisite work of Tamara Day. The host of HGTV’s “Bargain Mansions” has spearheaded some stunning transformations. But, when she decided to take on her own Leawood, KS home as her next project, the result was bound to be something truly special. The long-planned bathroom remodel does not disappoint, showcasing Day’s “shower door of my dreams” elegantly framing the entry to the newly minted steam room. The Gridscape 1 swing shower door is accented by classic marble and timeless wood-toned elements to create a sophisticated, new vintage tone — a theme well-represented throughout Day’s beautiful home. The frosted glass creates a nice layer of privacy, which is a necessity in a house with four children.
